The Opportunity

We are currently looking for qualified and reliable Refrigeration Technicians (Cert III) to join our team as Subcontractors. This role involves servicing, repairing, and maintaining commercial refrigeration systems, including cool rooms, freezer rooms, under-bench units, display fridges, and ice machines for a wide range of hospitality and commercial clients.

Whether you're an independent technician or run a small team, we have ongoing work available throughout Victoria.


Key Requirements
  • Certificate III in Refrigeration & Airconditioning
  • ARCTick licence
  • ABN and public liability insurance
  • Own tools, vehicle, and PPE
  • Proven experience in commercial refrigeration servicing (especially in kitchens)
  • Ability to work independently and maintain a high standard of workmanship
  • Excellent communication and time management skills
