What You'll Be Doing

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute the national sales strategy for Wind Turbines, aligned with WEG's global objectives.
  • Customer Engagement: Build strong relationships with key customers, OEMs, EPCs, consultants and end-users.
  • Project Delivery: Lead the delivery of existing wind projects and secure new opportunities across Oceania.
  • Technical Collaboration: Coordinate presentations, seminars and engineering discussions with stakeholders.
  • Sales Enablement: Guide quoting and tender responses to ensure competitive and compliant submissions.
  • Cross-Functional Teamwork: Work closely with product managers, engineering, logistics and factory teams.
  • Market Intelligence: Maintain visibility on pipeline, forecasts and feedback to inform strategy.
  • Reporting & Performance: Prepare monthly reports and strategic reviews for executive leadership.
  • People Management: Lead and support the Wind Business team across Australia and New Zealand.

Who You Are

  • Engineering degree or equivalent technical competencies.
  • Proven experience in technical sales with strong commercial acumen.
  • Deep understanding of wind turbine products and market dynamics.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to drive national initiatives.
  • Collaborative mindset with cross-functional experience.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Bonus: Experience in matrix organisations and global coordination.
