Proposal Engineer – High Voltage Solutions

Melbourne (Scoresby) or Perth (Joondalup)

This is your chance to work with cutting-edge technology, collaborate with global teams, and deliver impactful solutions across motors, drives, switchgear, transformers, and renewable energy systems.

What You'll Do:

  • Be the go-to expert for inbound/outbound RFQs from internal and external customers.
  • Craft compelling, technically sound proposals for high-voltage products.
  • Collaborate with local and international teams to deliver winning solutions.
  • Support the sales team with quotations and technical insights across a wide product range.
  • Use proprietary WEG software tools (training provided) to size and select products.
  • Ensure smooth handover to project and order management teams.

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience or relevant qualification in customer support, costing, proposals, or tendering.
  • Strong communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills.
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Bonus points for electrical qualifications or hands-on experience with:LV/MV motors, drives, switchgear and renewable energy systems (wind, solar, BESS).
