Temporary Administrator

Observator Instruments Pty Ltd is a respected manufacturer, seller, and exporter of scientific instrumentation. Our activities include manufacturing, research & development, distribution of other brands, also we are a systems integrator. The company specializes in Wind, weather, and water quality products. **About the Role**

You’ll play a key role supporting our operations and front office, with responsibilities including:

- Data entry for **sales orders, purchase orders, and goods receipting** in our ERP system
- **Reception duties** — answering calls, greeting visitors, managing enquiries
- **Dispatch support** — assisting with picking, packing, and shipping (domestic & international)
- Office administration — stationery orders, filing, and general ad-hoc support

**About You**
- Experienced in **administration, reception, or logistics** roles
- Confident using **ERP systems** (full-service platforms preferred)
- Strong **Microsoft Office** and general computer skills
- Excellent **communication and customer service** abilities
- Organised, accurate, and adaptable in a small-team environment
- (Bonus) Familiarity with shipping processes or lithium battery freight

Pay: From $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 22.5 per week
