The Role

TTC are seeking an experienced 'Operations Coordinator' with skills & experience within the traffic control industry. This is a Full Time role.

Your duties will include:

  • Scheduling Jobs
  • Client and account coordination
  • Submission of application(s) to local government authorities
  • Allocation of traffic controllers to work sites
  • Timesheet management for sites including receiving and reviewing
  • Fleet maintenance and management scheduling
  • Sign and Equipment maintenance and ordering
  • General administration duties

What are we looking for?

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Previous administration and coordination experience
  • Traffic management industry knowledge would be a benefit
  • Self-motivated with the ability to be proactive and solutions driven with tasks
  • Solid computer skills including the ability to learn new systems
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management with a customer service focus
  • Ability to multi-task and juggle multiple priorities
  • Be a results oriented professional
