Warehouse Coordinator

We have provided years of logistics services including export and import services as well as transportation and warehouse solutions to our large client base.

**Position Overview**:
**The role includes**:

- Coordinate and assist with overseeing all warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and release of goods.
- Ensure the efficient utilization of warehouse space and maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
- Assist in supervising warehouse staff, including training, scheduling, and performance management as needed.
- Implement and enforce Company warehouse operating procedures to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as Transport, Imports, Exports and Perishables to ensure seamless operations.
- Managing and organizing international and domestic freight documents.
- Managing client enquiries in a timely manner.
- Transport coordination and managing drivers
- Perform other related duties as assigned.

**Skills/experience needed**:

- Previous experience as Warehouse Coordinator, or in a similar role (Essential)
- Freight/transport/logistics experience and knowledge
- Good communication and organization skills
- Good time management and attention to detail
- Demonstrated proficiency in computer usage
- Ability to converse in Mandarin (Beneficial)
- **MUST** have obtained a Bachelor's degree in Australia

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
