Our client is a highly regarded global Event agency - specialising in live & virtual corporate events as well as strategic & digital communication. They work with a select number of market-leading brands across multiple industries, with a focus on IT, Pharma, Automotive and Professional Services.

They have long-standing relationships with their clients, helping them develop event brands that communicate their identity and deliver specific outcomes. Our client is looking for a passionate Project Coordinator ready to establish themselves in the Project Delivery team and seize the opportunity to develop and progress within the company. You will be working across predominantly live corporate events with some virtual and hybrid projects.

The role:

Reporting to the Project Director and Operations Manager you will play a pivotal role in contributing to the planning, implementation, and project management of events within the Meetings & Events Team.

  • You will be supporting on project logistics for conferences, meetings and incentives- with flights, travel, accommodation and registration, as well as managing different components of the projects
  • Progression will be based on experience and tenacity - ultimately leading to managing your own projects in their entirety and then moving to a Project Manager role.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, external vendors & suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure seamless event execution.
  • Assist PMs and Sales team on client pitches and proposals
  • Collaborate with creative and digital teams to develop compelling event experiences.
  • Ensure event branding aligns with client identity and messaging.
  • Troubleshoot issues and provide solutions in high-pressure environments.
  • Post-event evaluation and reporting, ensuring continuous improvement.
  • Develop high trust relationships with clients, maintain regular contact, and deliver world-class customer service
  • Delegate management and communication
  • Supplier and venue research, briefing, and management
  • Provide weekly verbal and/or written reports on the status of current and planned activities including events, customer information/feedback, market intelligence, and any other relevant information
  • Accurate budget management and customer billing

Candidate profile:

  • Minimum 2 year's event management experience, preferably in a corporate event agency environment focusing on logistics
  • EXPERIENCE WITH EVENT SOFTWARE PLATFORMS EventsAIR or Cvent IS ESSENTIAL
  • Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Event Management, Business (or similar) is highly regarded
  • Strong understanding of Live, virtual and hybrid event production.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • You will be customer centric with superior attention to detail
