TSA Events is a purpose-driven events agency that uses its extensive experience and strategic expertise to bring clients' objectives to life. Offering a full range of event management services, TSA Events supports the planning and execution of conferences, incentives, and other memorable experiences. Key services include strategic event design, project management, venue and production management, registration, travel and accommodation management, and awards and gala dinner management. Additionally, the agency offers creative design, communications, client reporting, insights, and onsite management, ensuring seamless and successful events.
The role
As our experienced Registration & Event Coordinator, you'll lead the attendee journey end to end-from system build to onsite experience. You'll dive deep into EventsAir, manage travel and accommodation modules with precision, and bring a sense of calm to the fast-paced chaos of event days.
Key Responsibilities
- Build, manage, and optimise registration platforms (EventsAir) for a diverse mix of events
- Administer travel and accommodation modules with accuracy and foresight
- Coordinate pre-event comms and onsite operations, from badge printing to check-in flow
- Collaborate with internal teams across Sydney and Cairns, plus suppliers and venue partners
- Manage and execute some of the smaller events and experiences
- Work autonomously on administrative tasks, following detailed timelines and project plans
- Travel as needed across Australia and Asia for onsite delivery
What You Bring
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a registration management
- Strong working knowledge of EventsAir, including travel and accommodation modules
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Excellent written communication—clear, warm, and professional
- Customer-centric approach to how you approach tasks and how you communicate.
- Ability to follow processes, training guides, and instructions with consistency
- Self-motivated, driven, and keen to learn and grow within a fast-moving team
- Ability to juggle multiple events with ease, grace, and a sense of humour
