Based in Lidcombe, NSW, you'll be part of a dedicated group of professionals providing essential speech and language therapy services to the local community. What you'll be doing

  • Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments to identify individual client needs
  • Design and implement tailored intervention plans to help clients achieve their communication goals
  • Work closely with clients, families and other healthcare professionals to coordinate holistic care
  • Maintain detailed client records and contribute to the continual improvement of therapy processes
  • Participate in team meetings and professional development to stay up-to-date with best practices

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Speech Pathology or equivalent qualification
  • Registered or eligible for registration with the Speech Pathology Australia
  • Ideally, minimum 2 years' experience as a Speech Pathologist, in a paediatric or community-based setting. New graduates are also welcome to apply and will be well supported in their role.
  • Strong clinical assessment and intervention skills, with a client-centred approach
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to build rapport with clients and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
  • Proactive, organised and committed to continuous learning and professional development
