Your Role & Our Approach:

You will manage a sustainable caseload through a mix of clinic-based, mobile, and Telehealth services, with the majority of your week based in our state-of-the-art facility alongside our collaborative team of 15+ dedicated professionals. Our core philosophy is centred on neurodiversity-affirming, evidence-based, and family-centred practice. Your work will be focused on building the functional capacity of our clients and empowering the supports around them.

We Are Looking For Clinicians Who:

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Providing high-quality, individualised assessment and therapy services.
  • Maintaining your sustainable caseload and upholding all professional standards for documentation and reporting.
  • Supporting clinic growth by actively participating in team meetings and initiatives.

Senior Speech Pathologist - Leadership Pathway (4+ years experience)

Ideal for both established leaders and aspiring clinicians ready to step up and shape our future.

  • Lead by example, naturally adhere to processes, and champion a positive, "can-do" culture.
  • Possess advanced clinical skills, complex case management expertise, and a strong foundation in the NDIS.
