Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Commercial Sales and Leasing Consultant located in Geelong, VIC. The consultant will manage leases, administer lease agreements, and ensure resident retention. Daily tasks include customer service, effective communication with clients, and overseeing lease administration processes. The role requires developing and maintaining tenant relationships to ensure a high level of satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications

  • Experience in managing Leases and Lease Administration
  • Skills in Resident Retention and Customer Service
  • Strong Communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
  • Possess a proactive and positive attitude
  • Relevant qualifications in real estate, property management, or a related field
  • Experience in commercial real estate is advantageous
  • Ability to work on-site in Geelong, VIC
