BlendCo is a family run company proudly supporting the hospitality industry across Australia. We're growing fast and looking for Technicians to help expand our presence and maintain relationships across Melbourne & Geelong area.

We represent some of Australia's most loved coffee and tea brands, Woolshed Coffee Roasters, The Ants Pants Espresso, NorthSouth Espresso, Amber Organic Espresso, and Hyphen along with premium equipment such as La Marzocco, San Remo and Bravilor.

The Role

We're looking for an experienced Coffee Machine Technician to join our passionate team.

Reporting to the General Manager, you'll be responsible for installing, maintaining and repairing commercial coffee machines and grinders. You'll provide friendly, professional support to our customers and ensure every machine runs smoothly.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and test commercial machines and grinders for sale or lease.
  • Diagnose and repair faults, both onsite and remotely.
  • Conduct quality control checks and preventative maintenance.
  • Support customers with technical advice and training.
  • Keep accurate service records and parts usage.
What You'll Bring
  • Proven experience servicing and repairing commercial coffee machines.
  • Solid understanding of hydraulics, electrical systems and basic IT.
  • Passion for coffee and knowledge of café equipment.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Team player with initiative, professionalism and a sense of humour.
  • Valid driver's licence (essential).
