About Us:
Hycraft Automotive is a well-established automotive repair workshop dedicated to providing high-quality service to our customers. We are currently seeking a Service Operations Assistant to join our team and assist in maintaining the efficient operation of our service department.

**Job Description**:
As an Automotive Service Receptionist, you will play a key role in supporting the Service Manager in the day-to-day operations of our workshop. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

- Assisting the Service Manager with administrative tasks.
- Coordinating service appointments and managing customer inquiries.
- Keeping records of repair orders and service history.
- Assisting technicians and mechanics as needed.
- Assisting with Car Washing
- Keeping workshop/office/amenities clean and tidy.
- Receiving and making phone call to customers and suppliers.
- Ensuring a smooth workflow in the service department.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in the automotive industry is a plus.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Flexibility to work a minimum of 35 hours per week on a casual basis.
- Current Manual Queensland Driver’s License (open Preferred)
