Join our client's Program Office, where we acquire and sustain advanced information systems to support their mission in cyber. We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated System Safety Manager & Senior Systems Engineer to lead their systems safety program and drive agile engineering excellence. This position reports directly to the Chief Engineer and supervises the Configuration Manager.
Your day at NTT
- Develop and maintain the Systems Safety Program Plan
- Conduct safety assessments and design approvals for product releases
- Lead continuous improvement of release processes in collaboration with Chief Engineer
- Facilitate education and workshops on systems safety and engineering practices
- Supervise configuration management activities
- Define verification and validation methods for safety requirements and ensure compliance with relevant safety regulations and standards
What would make you a good fit for this role?
- Engineering degree in IT, Networking, Computing, or Electrical/Electronic disciplines OR 10+ years of relevant engineering experience
- Certified SAFe Practitioner (can be completed upon engagement)
- Proven experience in systems safety assurance and agile systems-engineering
- Familiarity with Government based safety regulations and frameworks
