CopRice is the animal foods division of SunRice and is a leading supplier of nutrition products to the companion animal and livestock sectors. CopRice has been supplying quality feeds for animals for over 30 years across 6 sites in NSW and VIC.

About The Role
The Customer Service & Export Coordinator plays a key role in supporting CopRice Gunnedah's operations and office functions. You will complete purchasing and export related tasks, ensuring compliance with all DAFF export requirements, and communicate with export customers and external service providers to ensure timely delivery and shipment of export orders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Communicate with Export Customers and process orders in SAP
  • Communicate with external service providers for Export Customer Order dispatch
  • Ensure all Export Documentation is processed and approved in a timely manner
  • Process CopRice Orders and Dispatch
  • Liaise with Production Manager to coordinate export production cook
  • Liaise with freight forwarders to coordinate timely delivery and shipment of export orders
  • Ensure correct record keeping of CHEP pallets
  • Keep stock levels up to date for Bulk Bag Tags, Export Tags, Bagging Sheets, etc

About You
This position is ideal for someone experienced in customer service who is highly organised, adaptable, with great attention to detail. We're seeking a practical, enthusiastic team player who takes pride in getting things done and has a solutions focussed mindset with the ability to problem solve.

You Will Also Have

  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills
  • Skills and experience in Invoicing, Purchasing, Record keeping
  • Demonstrated understanding of clerical procedures
  • Knowledge of and experience using Microsoft Office
  • Accurate data entry
  • SAP Experience (desirable)
