We are looking for a passionate HR Professional that has a passion for hospitality and possess the right skills to develop our client present and future talent, culture, and growth.

**Responsibilities**
- As the Human Resources Manager, you will be responsible for the beginning to end associate life-cycle including talent acquisition
- Training & development
- Performance management
- Associate engagement & culture building initiatives.
- Additionally, you will focuses on delivering HR services that meet and exceed associate needs to enable business success and ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations and operating procedures.

**Education and Experience**
- 3 years experience in the human resources, management operations, or related professional area.
- A degree from an accredited university in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related major; 1 year experience in the human resources, management operations, or related professional area.
