We are currently seeking enthusiastic level II and experienced Cert III Care Support Workers to join our NovaCare Team. NovaCare is looking for permanent part time and casual Care Support Workers in Westlakes and Swansea Regions to support our Consumers in their daily living in their homes.

Skills & Requirements
- Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing) desired but not essential.
- Valid Australian Work Entitlements, The right to work in Australia.
- Knowledge of the Aged Care Quality Standards and the accreditation process
- Proven ability to work as part of a cohesive team
- Adaptability and flexibility including the ability to deal with change
- A high level of organisational and prioritisation skills and an ability to multi-task
- Complete reporting and documentation based on NovaCare's policies and procedures
- A commitment to quality continuous improvement
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
National Police Clearance or willingness to obtain
- Proof of Influenza Vaccination or willingness to obtain.
- First Aid & CPR Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
