We are seeking caring and reliable Disability Support Workers to join our growing team.

About the role:

As a Support Worker, you will provide one-on-one and group-based support to participants in their homes and the community. This may include:

  • Assisting with daily living activities and personal care
  • Supporting participants to engage in social, recreational, and capacity-building activities
  • Promoting independence and confidence through skill development
  • Encouraging inclusion and connection within the community

Requirements:

  • Current First Aid and CPR certificate
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
  • Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
  • Previous experience in disability support or community services (preferred but not essential)
