The Participants

We're thrilled to support several participants requiring dedicated, skilled, and compassionate support to help them maintain their independence. Our female participants will require a mix of shifts including overnight care and 2:1 support on multiple occasions each day. Locations include East Maitland, Cessnock, New Lambton and Wallsend.

Training ProvidedOur highly experienced Clinical Care Educator (RN) and operations staff will teach you how to safely and competently provide care in some of the following areas:

  • Complex Manual Handling
  • Bowel and Catheter Care
  • PEG Feeding
  • Mealtime Management
  • Tracheostomy Management
  • Behaviours of Concerns Support.

  • Experienced: you have experience/qualifications in Disability/Aged Care support or Nursing
  • Passionate: you genuinely want to improve the lives of people and have fun along the way

  • Reliable: you consistently provide quality work, you are punctual and someone we can trust
  • Confident: you are confident in your skills to use expert communication, both verbally and written

  • Flexible: you can provide flexible availability for varied shifts to suit individual needs (evenings, weekends and overnights may be required).

You will need...

  • High Intensity Experience
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check
  • Working with Children Check
  • Driver Licence
  • Vehicle with Comprehensive Insurance
  • First Aid Certificate, and
  • COVID-19 Vaccination (minimum two doses).
