With over 100 staff across New South Wales, Queensland, and Victoria, we're now looking for a HR Manager to foster the Talent & Culture at our firms to help shape the next phase of our growth.
The OpportunityWe're looking for a strategic operator, someone who understands both people and performance.
You'll work directly with the Director and senior leadership team to:
- Build scalable HR systems that work across multiple firms
- Strengthen culture, connection, and retention
- Support our office managers and lawyers to thrive in their roles
- Create pathways for leadership, learning, and professional growth
You'll have the freedom to design frameworks, roll out initiatives, and leave your mark on an organisation that's growing fast — and genuinely cares about its people.
What You'll Do- Lead and implement a consistent people strategy across 12+ boutique law firms
- Design and roll out onboarding, performance, and engagement systems
- Coach and support office managers and senior staff on people matters
- Oversee recruitment standards, retention plans, and leadership development
- Strengthen team culture through recognition, communication, and alignment
- Ensure compliance with Fair Work and employment legislation
- 7+ years' experience in HR or People & Culture
- Experience working across multi-site or professional services environments
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- A balance of empathy and accountability — you can connect with staff at every level
- Join a fast-growing, entrepreneurial organisation that values initiative and innovation
- Direct access to leadership — your ideas will be heard and actioned
- Flexible hybrid work model
- Opportunity to shape the culture of a national legal network
- Genuine career growth — this role could evolve into Chief People Officer as we expand
