About Us

Carpentry by Kyle is a small but growing renovations crew based on Brisbane's northside. We specialise in quality residential work — renovations, decks, bathrooms, kitchens, and more. We're looking for a reliable and experienced Leading Hand Carpenter to join the team.

About the Role

As a Leading Hand Carpenter, you'll be running jobs day-to-day, working closely with Kyle and the crew to keep things on track and up to standard. You'll be on the tools, reading plans, managing small teams, and liaising directly with clients.

We're after someone who takes ownership of their work, runs jobs smoothly, and knows how to deliver clean, well-managed projects.

What We're Looking For
  • Certificate III in Carpentry (or equivalent qualification)
  • Strong experience in renovation carpentry (must-have)
  • Confidence in running jobs and reading plans
  • Own vehicle and basic tools
  • Great communication and teamwork skills
  • Comfortable leading an apprentice or working with other trades
Pay & Conditions
  • Rates depend on experience and role.
  • All positions start with a trial period.
  • Flexible employment options available (Full-time or ABN).
