We recruit and train ethical sales superstars for some of Australia's most loved brands, and we're growing. Our ambition has created additional demand for our recruitment and administration team, and that's where you come in 

The role advertised is to support our manager, which will include some simple administrative tasks along with taking part in our recruitment process, such as:

  • Resume screening
  • Initial applicant phone interviews
  • Reference checking
  • Confirmation processes
  • Preparing onboarding materials

But will also extend into supporting the current sales teams with tasks such as:

  • Preparing client collateral
  • Client stock management
  • Territory management

The ideal applicant would have an understanding of G-Suite, experienced and polite phone manner, strong email etiquette and a proud list of references. Additional experience with KPI's, stock management and applications such as Canva would also be highly beneficial. 

The opportunity is a full-time position, and the salary will be negotiated with the successful applicant.
