We are seeking a passionate Talent Partner to join our Talent & Experience Chapter on a 12 month fixed term parental leave contract. In this position you will work with leaders and teams to attract, grow, and retain great people, owning the end-to-end recruitment process across a diverse portfolio of roles, ensuring we attract, engage, and hire top talent that drives our business forward. This is a fantastic opportunity to grow your experience while contributing to meaningful enterprise outcomes.

  • Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the entire hiring process from intake to offer, including sourcing, screening and interviewing.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner closely with hiring leaders to understand role requirements, build hiring strategies, and provide market insights.
  • Candidate Experience: Deliver a seamless and engaging experience for every candidate, acting as a brand ambassador throughout the journey.
  • Data-Driven Decisions: Use recruitment metrics to optimize processes, report on progress, and influence hiring outcomes.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and enhance recruitment tools and systems.

What you'll bring

  • Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment, ideally in a FMCG or a retail environment
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritise, and thrive under pressure
  • Familiarity with ATS (extra points for Workday) platforms and sourcing tools
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a passion for people
