At Creta Next Gen, we're revolutionizing the future of talent development through our newly found international soccer academy and residency program on the island of Crete, Greece. We're on a mission to discover and nurture the next generation of players, and we need passionate recruiters to help us build our roster

We're seeking a dynamic Player Recruiter based in Australia to join our team as an independent contractor. Your primary focus will be identifying, engaging, and recruiting players for our academy and residency programs. If you have a keen eye for talent and a network in the Australian mark, this could be your chance to make a real impact and get valuable experience in Sports Management.

Key Responsibilities:

Scout and recruit promising players across Australia for our academy and residency initiatives.

Build and maintain relationships with players, coaches, agents, and local communities.

Evaluate talent through assessments, trials, and feedback sessions.

Collaborate with our team to ensure seamless onboarding of new recruits.

Track recruitment metrics and report on progress.

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience in player recruitment, scouting, or talent acquisition (sports, gaming, or related fields preferred).

Strong network within Australian talent pools.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.

Passion for developing young talent and a results-driven mindset.

Remuneration:

This is a commission-based role, offering competitive earnings tied directly to successful recruitments.
