Flaming & Co. Hamilton is looking for a reliable and physically strong individual to join our team as a Dish Hand. The right person will be efficient in dishwashing and cleaning duties while keeping a high standard of cleanliness throughout the workplace. Night shifts only from Tuesday to Friday. Onsite free parking.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • washing dishes, utensils and kitchen equipment thoroughly
  • washing wine, cocktail glass and other bar equipment
  • keeping the work area clean and organised at all times
  • disposing of waste correctly
  • assisting with general cleaning tasks when needed
  • following health and safety guidelines
  • working closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations.
