We are seeking a skilled, passionate, and experienced Chef de Partie to join our talented brigade. This is a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated professional to take charge of a section and contribute to a menu that excites and delights our guests. This role is available for an immediate start.

What you'll be doing:

  • Prepare and cook a variety of dishes to the highest standards, adhering to recipes and presentation guidelines
  • Assist the Head Chef and Sous Chef in the planning and coordination of daily kitchen operations
  • Maintain a clean, organised and efficient work environment in your designated section of the kitchen
  • Ensure all food safety and hygiene protocols are strictly followed
  • Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
  • Participate in menu development and contribute ideas to enhance the dining experience

Skills and experience required:

  • Minimum of 2 years' work experience as a Chef
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail
  • Maintain a positive and professional approach with co-workers and customers
  • A versatile and hard-working person with a practical hands-on approach, who strives to achieve the best outcomes at all times.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Passion for using high-quality, locally-sourced ingredients to create innovative and flavoursome dishes
  • Full working rights in Australia (no visa sponsorship available)
