Located on the beautiful Bayside, Redlands RSL in Cleveland is a well-established and highly regarded venue, known for exceptional hospitality and a welcoming community atmosphere. With an à la carte restaurant, café, gaming lounge, bars, function room, and snooker room, we offer a unique experience to our members and guests.

Due to ongoing growth, we are seeking an enthusiastic and reliable Kitchen Handto join our dynamic catering team. This is a part time position with a guarantee of 25 – 35 hours per week.

About the Role

As a Kitchen Hand, you will be an important part of our kitchen operations, helping to ensure smooth service and high standards. Key responsibilities include:

· Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene across all kitchen areas

· Washing and sanitising dishes, pots, pans, and utensils

· Cleaning kitchen surfaces, equipment, and floors

· Assisting chefs with basic food preparation

· Following food safety and hygiene standards at all times

About You

We are looking for someone who:

· Has previous experience in a similar role (desirable but not essential)

· Works well in a fast-paced team environment

· Has flexible availability, including weekends and public holidays

· Holds a current Food Safety Training Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
