Flaming & Co. Hamilton is looking for a reliable and physically strong individual to join our team as a Dish Hand. The right person will be efficient in dishwashing and cleaning duties while keeping a high standard of cleanliness throughout the workplace. Night shifts only from Tuesday to Friday. Onsite free parking.

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- washing dishes, utensils and kitchen equipment thoroughly
- washing wine, cocktail glass and other bar equipment
- keeping the work area clean and organised at all times
- disposing of waste correctly
- assisting with general cleaning tasks when needed
- following health and safety guidelines
- working closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations.
