Christ Church Grammar School is seeking a dedicated, passionate, and forward-thinking educator to join our vibrant and dynamic School in the role of Head of the Centre for Excellence. This is a leadership role that directly contributes to the School's mission of excellence in education where you will support the development of gifted students and their teachers, while continuously enhancing the School's programs for these students in alignment with Christ Church Grammar School's Mission, Aims, and Values.
As Head of the Centre for Excellence, you will play a central leadership role in enhancing educational outcomes for gifted learners across the School. You will lead and inspire staff, support differentiated and innovative teaching practices, and build a culture of excellence, curiosity, and reflective continuous improvement.
In addition to overseeing extension programs and strategic partnerships, the Head of the Centre for Excellence will manage individual learning plans, liaise with families, and collaborate across departments and schools. Administrative responsibilities include managing the Centre's budget, staffing, communications, and student placement processes.
An important aspect of this role is contributing to the School with our extensive co-curricular program. You will be expected to contribute to this program, where you can bring your own skills and interests to enhance the wider school community.
The successful candidate will possess exceptional teaching and interpersonal skills, a deep understanding of contemporary educational practices, and a strong ability to support boys' education.
