We're on the hunt for a passionate and experienced Multi-Site / Cluster Manager to oversee our Claremont Store, Claremont David Jones, and Hay Street David Jones locations in Perth.

We're searching for a dynamic and commercially minded leader to take ownership of this cluster and drive performance, culture, and customer experience across all locations. Ideally, you'll bring:

• Multi-Site or Cluster Management Experience (Preferred)
• Concession Experience (Preferred)
• Strong People Leadership: Able to build, mentor and inspire a high-performing team
• Customer-First Approach: A proven ability to deliver exceptional service and drive loyalty
• Operational Excellence: Skilled in managing stock, VM, rostering, and store standards across locations
• Strategic Thinking: Able to identify opportunities and execute on business priorities
• Flexibility to work across locations as required
