In this high-impact role, you'll be the driving force behind
complex, high-value claims
—owning the process from start to finish and championing the best possible results for our clients.

Working across
multiple insurance classes
, you'll be the trusted voice clients turn to, partnering with insurers, loss adjusters, and legal experts to deliver fast, fair, and effective solutions.

What you'll be doing

  • Owning the full lifecycle of complex and high-value claims
    across multiple classes (liability, property, motor, professional indemnity etc.).
  • Acting as a trusted adviser to clients, providing expert guidance on claims strategy, insurer response, policy coverage, and negotiation pathways.
  • Advocating strongly on behalf of clients to ensure timely, fair, and commercially sound outcomes.
  • Liaising with insurers, loss adjusters, investigators, legal representatives, and internal stakeholders to drive results.
  • Providing technical leadership and mentoring to junior claims staff and broking colleagues.
  • Supporting brokers with renewals and risk presentations through claims data insights and coverage advice.
  • Assisting in claims audits, complex settlements, and insurer relationship management.
  • Identifying and reporting emerging trends, risks, and opportunities to reduce claims costs and add value.

What we're looking for

  • Proven experience in claims within an insurance brokerage or insurer environment.
  • Strong technical knowledge across general insurance lines, claims practices, and policy interpretation.
  • A track record in managing and resolving complex, high value, or contentious claims.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset, with the ability to think outside the box.
  • Exceptional communication and influencing skills, with the confidence to challenge where needed.
  • Commercial awareness and the ability to balance client advocacy with practical outcomes.
