ARX Placement Solutions is growing, and we are seeking a Claims Associate to join our Sydney team. This role is ideal for claims professionals with insurance experience who want to work on complex, high-value property claims in a wholesale environment.

About the role

As a Claims Associate, you will be responsible for the end-to-end coordination of claims across our portfolio. You will work closely with senior team members to ensure claims are lodged, investigated, and resolved efficiently, while advocating for fair outcomes on behalf of our retail broker partners and their clients.

In this role you will:

  • Review, assess, and triage new claims to ensure accuracy and compliance with policy terms
  • Liaise with brokers, insurers, loss adjusters, and service providers to gather information and progress claims
  • Assist in investigating complex or disputed claims, escalating where necessary
  • Maintain accurate claims files and documentation within our systems
  • Provide clear and timely updates to stakeholders throughout the claims process
  • Identify process improvements to enhance claims efficiency and client outcomes
