Skills & Job Requirements

  • Experience working in a similar high pace environment is desirable
  • Relevant tertiary qualification desirable
  • Sound background in menu development and costing
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Have excellent time management skills
  • Demonstrated ability to follow hygiene and safety procedures
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
  • Attention to detail
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
