Business Analyst

An exciting permanent opportunity has arisen for a skilled Business Analyst to join a Top ASX-Listed Company and play a key role in a large-scale HRIS Transformation Program and Time & Attendance systems integration. As part of an established project delivery team, this role will work closely with key business stakeholders to capture business demand, define requirements, and support successful delivery and business readiness. This role offers flexible working arrangements, operating on a hybrid model with a mix of office and remote work to support work-life balance.
Key Responsibilities
Work with business stakeholders to define and scope business needs and requirements
Plan and facilitate engaging project workshops
Document detailed business requirements and user stories
Conduct gap analysis and develop 'As-Is' and 'To-Be' business process maps/models
Assist Project Leads with project planning and change management activities
Support business readiness activities across key areas
Maintain and update business process documentation
Skills & Experience Required
5+ years' experience as a Business Analyst, ideally within large, complex environments
Proven experience in corporate systems projects, with focus in HR, Payroll, or Finance systems
Experience working on HRIS platforms – prior knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors, UKG Kronos or Workday is highly desirable
Solid understanding of HR and Payroll regulations to ensure compliance across project activities
Strong capability in business process mapping and process improvement methodologies
Confident in facilitating workshops and managing stakeholders at all levels, including senior executives
Comfortable balancing both tactical and strategic priorities in dynamic project settings
