About UsAs a Business Analyst in Group Risk, you will support the delivery of Non-Financial Risk activities responding to the Enforceable undertaking. This role plays an integral part in ensuring delivery activities are delivered on time, with the required quality and outcomes achieved.
We're hiring for multiple opportunities at Business Analyst and Senior Business Analyst levels. Your experience and capabilities will determine the level of appointment.

As a Senior Business Analyst, you will:
Supporting the delivery of Non-Financial Risk initiatives under the APRA Enforceable Undertaking program by leading engagement with Business and Risk Subject Matter Experts to co-design activities and deliverables, and identify opportunities or areas requiring focusLeadership and guidance to other Business Analysts across the programApplication of technical expertise to ensure the quality and accuracy of data / information, combining and interrogating data to identify patterns and trends, and providing meaningful information and insights to help inform decisions with Senior and Executive LeadersActive identification, management and remediation of delivery risks and issuesParticipation and facilitation of workshops / meetings to develop actionable solutionsDevelopment and maintenance of high-quality key artefacts, such as process maps, reports, presentations, and decision logs.Thought leadership, development and analysis of reporting to track progress and outcomes against target stateSupport the Non-Financial Risk Operating Model by demonstrating a strong understanding of risk management practices and behavioursActive participation in delivery stream cadence What will you bring?To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:
Strong knowledge of Non-Financial Risk and Risk Management Frameworks.Experience in one of the following (not essential) – Product Management, Data, ProcessExpertise in business analysis tools and documentation standardsExpertise in managing complex stakeholder landscapes, driving clarity, and balancing risk, compliance, and customer outcomes.Expertise in applying enterprise delivery standards and producing high-quality artefacts across project lifecycles.Analytical problem solving and structured thinking; sound judgement in balancing value, risk, and feasibilityExperience in managing program-level planning, reporting, and RAID activities.Team-first mindset, user focus, adaptability, continuous improvement, and risk awarenessExcellent stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills with clear communication across business and technology areasAbility to appreciate difficult problems and work autonomously on tasks with high complexity and clearly represent findings.Relevant tertiary qualifications and/or Business Analysis certificationsYou're not expected to have 100% of these skills.
