We're looking for a
Business Systems Analyst
to join our team and help shape innovative, user-centric solutions. it is an initial 6 months contract based on our client site in Melbourne CBD


What You'll Do

  • Analyse and design system solutions.
  • Deliver
    Agile business and functional analysis
    services across cross-functional teams.
  • Document requirements through
    user stories, wireframes, and mock-ups
    .
  • Facilitate discussions and
    negotiate with stakeholders
    , users, and technical teams.
  • Lead workshops
    and engage directly with solution stakeholders.
  • Map and re-engineer business processes (
    as-is / to-be
    ).
  • Coordinate and document
    meetings, agendas, and minutes
    .
  • Maintain detailed records of
    stakeholder interviews and surveys
    .


What You Bring

  • Proven experience in
    system solution analysis
    (Mandatory).
  • Previous experience working in
    Helathcare Sector
    (Mandatory)
  • Strong background in
    Agile delivery
    and functional documentation.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Experience with process mapping, workshop facilitation, and project coordination.
