Opportunity to work for a Council Client
Duration: Until Feb 2026Work Arrangement: HybridLocation: Greensborough, Victoria 3088Rates: Upto $72/hour + super

Your new role
The objective of this position is to work with project teams to deliver the council's Digital Transformation Plan.

Accountabilities

  • Proactively work with the business stakeholders to identify opportunities for business process improvement and provide guidance for benefit realisation for technology projects.
  • Work closely with key stakeholders including technical and managerial staff, and serve as a liaison between stakeholders and users.
  • Work with the business stakeholders to map necessary business processes as required; be involved in capturing relevant information and collection of data to assist decision-making.

What you'll need to succeed

  • A strong technical background in Information Technology with at least 10 years' experience in business systems.
  • Strong knowledge of Business Analysis, Business Process Re-engineering.
  • Working knowledge in maximising the utilisation of corporate application investment through implementing, supporting, configuring and enhancing application's functionalities.
  • Knowledge of proactively working with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for business process improvement and provide guidance for benefit realisation for technology projects.
  • Proficient in Software Development Life Cycle methodologies.
