As CRM Campaign Executive (Play For Purpose specialist), you will be responsible for delivering multi-channel campaign activity to P4P customers, ensuring delivery of relevant, timely and targeted communications. Your focus will be on managing the delivery of P4P Loyalty, Tactical and Transactional campaigns, and supporting the delivery of Lifecycle campaigns using CRM best practices to drive increased Retention and Loyalty from our customers, and in doing so, contribute to increased active customers and participation. Please note this is a 12 month contract opportunity.
What you'll do
- Support the Charitable Games team to develop and extend the CRM program for Play For Purpose & 50-50 Charity Raffle.
- Responsible for all Play For Purpose and 50-50 Charity Raffle's direct customer communication, including the development and execution of communications using multi-channel (such as email, Push messaging, SMS, and DM) campaigning.
- Support the Marketing team to develop digital promotional activities.
Support the CRM team to deliver Lotteries and Keno campaigns where required.
Work collaboratively with stakeholders to ensure delivery of effective customer campaigns.
What you'll bring
- Tertiary qualification in Marketing or similar field.
- Ability to plan, develop, execute & report on the CRM Campaign strategy across Play For Purpose and 50-50 Charity raffle to increase customer engagement and revenue.
- Ability to optimise campaigns using a test and learn approach that will challenge existing activity, identify recommended changes, and drive incremental gains.
- Ability to deliver campaign reporting in Adobe Analytics to understand and optimise performance of campaigns.
- HTML coding knowledge to create email templates and campaigns in Sendgrid.
- Excellent computer and data use skills with attention to detail.
- Knowledge of Responsible Gambling legislation or previous experience with regulators (advantage).
- A genuine passion and commitment to achieve Charitable Games' core purpose.
Experience in multi-channel direct marketing and creative execution of digital channels including email, SMS, social and push.
Experience with SMS and Email campaign management systems such as SendGrid and or Adobe Campaign Standard or the equivalent
