Brisbane, Queensland, Australia BAYLY PR Full time $60,000 - $120,000 per year

We're looking for a full-time Campaign Manager to join our growing team at BAYLY PR (BPR), working from our office in Red Hill, Brisbane. The successful candidate will play a leading role in building worlds, brands and audiences through innovative, multi-channel campaigns that span publicity, marketing, partnerships, influencers, content, events, and talent.

If you live and breathe storytelling, all things brand, marketing and culture, AND you're ready to create impact and collaborate with tastemakers in a fast-paced agency – we want to hear from you.

About us

BPR is a dynamic, values-led agency specialising in the whole communication and brand representation scope. While our Head Office is based in Brisbane, our client roster spans the country – whether it be a styling suite in Sydney, music festival in Cairns or exclusive launch event on our home turf.

With a focus on strong storytelling, we create campaigns that work – breaking down the traditional and opening the floor up for something new and innovative.

About you

As a Campaign Manager, you'll work across diverse industries and emerging markets, crafting ideas that spark conversation, drive impact, and shape culture. You'll have your finger on the pulse of what's next – from cultural trends and content formats to collaboration opportunities – and know how to bring bold ideas to life through seamless execution.

  • You have 5+ years' experience in marketing, campaigns, brand or communications – ideally across multiple disciplines (agency experience is preferred)
  • You're both strategic and hands-on – comfortable ideating and leading campaign strategy, but just as happy getting into the day-to-day detail, whether that's pitching or sourcing custom merch for events
  • You thrive in creative environments where innovation, collaboration and curiosity are celebrated
  • You're passionate about storytelling, brand building and audience connection
  • You have strong experience managing integrated campaigns involving media relations, influencers, events, partnerships and/or content production
  • You're a content / media / culture junkie, who reads the news, listens to podcasts, has a backlog of Substacks and trend reports open in your tabs, and stays plugged into the cultural conversation
  • You know how to use AI well, not as a crutch, but as a creative and strategic tool, getting real results out of it that help you get the job done
  • You've built (or can easily build) relationships with both local and national journalists, editors, opinion leaders and tastemakers
  • You're future-focused – always seeking new ways to create impact, engage audiences, and push boundaries.

Sound familiar? Keep reading.

What you'll do

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of campaigns – from strategy and ideation to execution and amplification
  • Oversee project timelines and client WIPs
  • Develop and execute brand experiences that harness storytelling, content, publicity, and partnerships
  • Identify and manage collaborations between clients, talent, media and like-minded brands
  • Build and nurture audiences through innovative influencer engagement and content strategies
  • Collaborate with the Agency Director and Founder to manage workload across the team
  • Manage client and talent onboarding and offboarding, alongside the Agency  Director and Founder
  • Work closely with our internal team across talent, marketing, content and production to bring ideas to life
  • Combine curiosity and commercial thinking to uncover new opportunities and unexpected connections
  • Stay across cultural trends, emerging platforms and evolving audience behaviours to inform future strategy (both for clients and the business)
  • Oversee project management plans, budgets and timelines for your own clients
  • Ensure that reporting and administration across the team are completed and delivered in a timely manner
  • Support the wider team with new business proposals, brainstorms, and pitches
  • Positively contribute to BPR's internal marketing and wider culture.

What you can expect at BPR:

  • The opportunity to grow quickly within a small team and benefit from direct mentorship
  • The chance to develop and drive exciting campaigns that deliver results and exceed client expectations
  • A diverse client list that will allow you to take on challenges and develop your skill set across a range of industries
  • Extremely flexible working hours and arrangements, including two extra paid leave days per year – one for your birthday and one just for kicks
  • An additional week of unpaid leave, if desired
  • WFH arrangements / remote working arrangements available
  • Quarterly Friday's off
  • Access to a competitive business development incentive program
  • A dedicated annual development budget for your career growth (available post probation).

How to apply:

Submit your application by sending your CV and cover letter to BPR Director Lucinda Bayly at Please don't send your application without making it thoughtful, creative and aligned to this role – we want to see the same thoughtfulness, creativity and care that you'll bring into the role itself.
