About the Role
This role provides essential support across Mader's contracts and governance processes. You will take ownership of contract administration, data gathering and reporting, ensuring documentation is accurate, compliance requirements are met and management is kept informed through clear and timely reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate reporting requirements and prepare monthly and quarterly reports.
- Maintain contract registers, trackers and documentation.
- Support data collection and analysis for commercial reviews.
- Assist with compliance obligations and system updates.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to gather information and follow up actions.
- Provide general administrative support for contract-related activities.
About You
You're highly organised, detail-focused and comfortable working with data, contracts and reporting processes. You bring initiative, follow through on tasks and can confidently engage with a broad range of stakeholders.
Essential
- Minimum 2 years' relevant work experience (contracts administration, reporting, commercial support or similar).
- Tertiary qualification in contracts, commerce, business law or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Excellent computer skills, including MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
Desirable
- Experience in mining, mining services, construction or related heavy industry.
- Exposure to contract reporting, KPI management or governance processes.
- Confidence liaising with both technical and operational teams.
