About the Role

As the Environmental Advisor, you'll play a key role in supporting environmental compliance, water management, rehabilitation, and community engagement. Working alongside operational teams, you'll help deliver projects that enhance environmental performance and strengthen connections with local stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the implementation and improvement of environmental management systems and plans
  • Lead water and land rehabilitation programs to achieve sustainable outcomes
  • Monitor and report on environmental performance and compliance
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with local communities, regulators, and stakeholders
  • Contribute to environmental approvals, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives

About You

  • Tertiary qualifications
  • Experience in the mining industry
  • Strong understanding of environmental legislation and compliance
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • A proactive approach with a passion for sustainability and continuous improvement
