
HSE & RTW Coordinator

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and promote HSE & RTW compliance initiatives.
- Develop, implement, and review HSE policies, procedures, and systems.
- Conduct risk assessments, audits, and incident investigations.
- Liaise with regulatory bodies and ensure compliance with relevant legislation.
- Deliver safety and environmental training to employees and contractors.
- Provide clear and actionable advice to leadership and operational teams.
- Influence and negotiate with key stakeholders to drive continuous improvement in HSE & RTW practices.
- Assist the Plant Manager with general administration tasks.
About You
We're looking for someone with:
- Minimum Certificate IV in OHS (mandatory)
- Working knowledge of ISO 45001, 14001 & 9001 (desirable)
· Certificate in Lead Auditor Training (desirable)
- Proven experience in HSE & RTW
- A sound understanding of HSE & RTW legislation, standards, and best practices.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage deadlines.
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and driving positive change.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent administration skills using all Microsoft Office Products.
