Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and promote HSE & RTW compliance initiatives.
  • Develop, implement, and review HSE policies, procedures, and systems.
  • Conduct risk assessments, audits, and incident investigations.
  • Liaise with regulatory bodies and ensure compliance with relevant legislation.
  • Deliver safety and environmental training to employees and contractors.
  • Provide clear and actionable advice to leadership and operational teams.
  • Influence and negotiate with key stakeholders to drive continuous improvement in HSE & RTW practices.
  • Assist the Plant Manager with general administration tasks.

About You

We're looking for someone with:

  • Minimum Certificate IV in OHS (mandatory)
  • Working knowledge of ISO 45001, 14001 & 9001 (desirable)

· Certificate in Lead Auditor Training (desirable)

  • Proven experience in HSE & RTW
  • A sound understanding of HSE & RTW legislation, standards, and best practices.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage deadlines.
  • Strong negotiation and influencing skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and driving positive change.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent administration skills using all Microsoft Office Products.
