We are seeking a skilled and experienced Operations Supervisor to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the curbside collection fleet to ensure all Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are met.
  • Consult with line management to develop and manage operational targets.
  • Ensure all pre-start, post-run, and minor daily maintenance tasks are performed on all equipment.
  • Lead by example, creating a positive work culture and environment.
  • Drive operational efficiency within the team, continually reviewing and improving site processes.
  • Manage and prepare detailed reports, including toolbox meetings.
  • Lead performance management investigations and outcomes.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

  • A minimum of 2-3 years experience in a supervisory role.
  • Exposure to and knowledge of comprehensive safety management systems.
  • Experience within the transport, waste, logistics, or recycling industries is desirable.
  • Knowledge of Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) legislation and the ability to work independently.
