We are seeking a dedicated Marketing/Medical Liaison Officer to join our friendly and enthusiastic team at Advicon Imaging.

Job description and skill set:

  • Familiarity with radiology , general /specialist practice settings.
  • Previous experience in healthcare marketing (particularly radiology sector), pharmaceutical rep, medical sales, or clinic coordination
  • Demonstrated motivation and ability to achieve results within a set time frame
  • A dedication to the delivery of exemplary customer service
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain productive and satisfactory relationships
  • Proven ability to effectively communicate with a variety of behavioral types
  • The drive and tenacity to operate in a demanding and highly competitive market
  • Superior skills in planning, organization, implementation and measurement
  • An ability to understand and disseminate technical information
  • Proven team player and ability to positively influence team members
  • Experience producing marketing and educational material
  • Excellent presentation skills coupled with strong verbal, written, negotiation and persuasion skills
  • Self-starter who can work independently and manage a calendar
  • NSW Driver's license and own vehicle

Your responsibilities:

  • Represent the growing business to the local GPs, specialists, and allied health providers
  • Facilitation of productive and lasting relationships with referrers and other key stakeholders
  • Coordinate referral outreach, practice visits, and events
  • Overseeing and creation of marketing and educational material.
  • Foster strong relationships with referring doctors and clinics
  • Track engagement, referral patterns, and feedback for reporting
  • Collaborate with radiologists and the admin team to support business growth
  • Effective and consistent communication between internal and external customers.
  • Competitor and other market intelligence.
