About the gig:

We're two brands combining innovative software and expert safety consulting to help organisations build safer, happier workplaces. We're looking for a hands-on Marketing & Communications Lead to plan and deliver integrated B2B campaigns and run our end-to-end events program

Own the big swings. You'll architect punchy integrated campaigns and run our events calendar end-to-end — from "we should do this" to "wow, that worked". You'll colab with Sales and Consulting, wrangle suppliers like a pro, and track results that make the team smile.

You'll spend your time:

  • Building campaigns that blend paid, social, email, content, partners + PR.
  • Leading our events (trade shows, breakfasts, webinars, roundtables): budget, booths, speakers, run sheets, lead capture, the lot.
  • Teaming up with Sales to turn buzz into meetings (lists, cadences, enablement).

You are:

  • A B2B marketer with 5-8 years campaign and events wizardry experience (SaaS or professional services = big bonus).
  • Calm under lights. Deadlines don't scare you; you bring the checklists.
  • Data-curious and words-smart — you can switch from pivot tables to punchy copy.
  • Proficient across the tools that make campaigns and events work. CRM/marketing automation, analytics, WordPress, paid platforms, UTMs/source hygiene, etc.
  • Commercially minded and experienced with briefing and managing multiple stakeholders
  • Friendly, organised, and the person people want in the war room.
