As Chapter Lead for Personalisation & Digital Comms, you'll own and evolve 7-Eleven's personalisation capability — building expertise, embedding best practice, and driving innovation across loyalty, digital, and media touchpoints.

This role bridges strategy and execution to deliver on 7-Eleven's ambition to be Australia's favourite neighbourhood convenience store. You'll lead a passionate team, shaping how we use data, technology, and creativity to deliver meaningful, one-to-one experiences for our customers.

What you'll do

  • Define and drive the enterprise-wide Personalisation & Digital Comms strategy and roadmap, ensuring best practice and operational excellence.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing chapter, fostering continuous learning, ownership, and innovation.
  • Translate customer insights and segmentation into actionable, data-driven personalisation strategies that improve lifecycle engagement and commercial outcomes.
  • Embed personalisation across owned and paid channels (email, app, push, social, programmatic), ensuring consistency of message and tone.
  • Partner with senior stakeholders to optimise audience targeting, measurement, and cross-channel performance.
  • Champion 7-Eleven's digital transformation, ensuring our Martech stack, CDP, and data systems enable personalisation at scale.
  • Oversee key vendor and platform partnerships (Adobe Campaign, Journey Optimiser, Analytics or equivalents).
  • Represent the personalisation craft across the business, aligning to brand, loyalty, and digital experience goals.

What you'll bring

  • Proven success delivering personalisation strategies across an omnichannel retail environment.
  • Strong record of people leadership — mentoring, coaching, and enabling high-performing teams.
  • Deep understanding of segmentation, lifecycle management, and omnichannel journey design.
  • Strategic and commercial mindset, with strong analytical and storytelling ability.
  • Experience with Adobe Campaign, Journey Optimiser, or similar omnichannel marketing platforms.
  • Skilled in stakeholder and vendor management, balancing strategic priorities with executional excellence.
  • High emotional intelligence, curiosity, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
