Dundaloo Support Services is excited to find an enthusiastic and dedicated Trainee Coordinator of Support to join our team in Taree, NSW.
About the Role:
Working closely with experienced mentors, you will be trained to:
- Provide excellent customer service and actively listen to the needs of NDIS participants.
- Apply your attention to detail and problem-solving skills to navigate NDIS plans and find the right supports.
- Develop the ability to work autonomously while also being a valuable part of a supportive team.
- Manage multiple tasks effectively and efficiently within suitable timeframes.
- Use empathy and compassion to provide service without judgement, building trust with participants and their families.
- Develop and utilise good computer and report writing skills for accurate documentation.
- Initiate and maintain contacts with a broad range of people and community services in the Taree and Mid North Coast area.
This role is classified under the SCHADS Award, offering a comprehensive training program and ongoing professional development in a positive work environment.

- Current NSW Driver's Licence and access to a reliable vehicle.
- A satisfactory NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain).
