- Actively engage with volunteers, staff, NDIS participants & Aged Care clients.
- Maintain positive working relationships with all stakeholders.
- Maintain an understanding and awareness of key issues impacting NDIS & Aged Care participants.
- Assist and coordinate the recruitment, training, and orientation for new staff.
- Provide ongoing support to the Director, other office staff.
- Collate and report legal records in accordance with stakeholder obligations.
- Assist and maintain rostering portal to ensure all information and data is current and accurate, including some rostering.
- Actively participate in projects, initiatives, and community engagement events.
- General Administration Tasks as directed.
About You:
- High level personal presentation and punctuality
- High level of Customer Service
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and within a team environment
- Organisational, planning, time management skills with attention to detail
- High level of computer literacy in using a range of Microsoft Office computer databases
- Current C Class Drivers Licence
- Working with Childrens Check
- Current Police Check
