  • Actively engage with volunteers, staff, NDIS participants & Aged Care clients.
  • Maintain positive working relationships with all stakeholders.
  • Maintain an understanding and awareness of key issues impacting NDIS & Aged Care participants.
  • Assist and coordinate the recruitment, training, and orientation for new staff.
  • Provide ongoing support to the Director, other office staff.
  • Collate and report legal records in accordance with stakeholder obligations.
  • Assist and maintain rostering portal to ensure all information and data is current and accurate, including some rostering.
  • Actively participate in projects, initiatives, and community engagement events.
  • General Administration Tasks as directed.

About You:

  • High level personal presentation and punctuality
  • High level of Customer Service
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and within a team environment
  • Organisational, planning, time management skills with attention to detail
  • High level of computer literacy in using a range of Microsoft Office computer databases
  • Current C Class Drivers Licence
  • Working with Childrens Check
  • Current Police Check
