Established in 2016 we are a service based electrical company working predominately in the real estate maintenance sector completing over 100 jobs per day with a strong and supportive team to assist in all aspects of daily operations. We pride ourselves on our high level of customer service, attention to detail, ability to adapt, empathy and solutions focused approach to each and every day

Our suitable applicant to join our current Scheduling / Coordination Team for our Domestic Division will be responsible for:

  • Coordination of our maintenance team (8-10 Technicians), ensuring they have the most efficient run possible - this includes handling the unexpected absences, cancellations and requiring more work to complete their day
  • Effectively "Teaming Up" our Technicians with Trade Assistants and Apprentices where required
  • Coordination and prioritization of urgent work orders, including troubleshooting
  • Ordering parts and follow ups
  • Calling and texting to follow up on appointments
  • Reviewing booking schedules and run sheets
  • Updating clients (directly and through our portal)
  • Assisting with incoming landline phone calls
  • Monitoring email accounts and actioning as required

This is an experience based position and we are looking for the following as a minimum;

  • Outgoing/incoming phone skills and experience (professional and approachable)
  • Ability to work under supervision, and autonomously to meet key performance criteria
  • Attention to detail
  • High level of accountability and ownership of your role from start to finish
  • 2+ years in a scheduling, logistics or coordination position with a proven track record of maximizing efficiencies or 4+ years in business administration
  • Strong knowledge of suburbs North of Brisbane, South of Brisbane, West of Brisbane and Central, advantageous (general knowledge is required)

  • Experience in the Electrical Maintenance Field, advantageous

  • Experience in simPRO Enterprise Software, advantageous
