What You'll Be Doing

  • Coordinating schedules for routine smoke alarm works in preparation for Entry Notices (note: you are not required to send notices).
  • Calling tenants to make bookings when Entry Notices are unavailable.
  • Ensuring all jobs are completed by their due dates.
  • Booking smoke alarm upgrades and inspections.
  • Reviewing daily technician schedules to ensure efficiency and productivity.
  • Preparing key lists for agencies (largely automated).

What You'll Bring

  • Great communication skills with energy and positivity across all stakeholders.
  • Ability to take action and resolve issues under pressure.
  • Strong computer literacy skills and confidence with systems.
  • Experience in the smoke alarm industry (desirable, not essential).
  • A proactive, can-do attitude with the ability to learn quickly.
  • Capacity to work both independently and as part of a team.
