What You'll Be Doing
- Coordinating schedules for routine smoke alarm works in preparation for Entry Notices (note: you are not required to send notices).
- Calling tenants to make bookings when Entry Notices are unavailable.
- Ensuring all jobs are completed by their due dates.
- Booking smoke alarm upgrades and inspections.
- Reviewing daily technician schedules to ensure efficiency and productivity.
- Preparing key lists for agencies (largely automated).
What You'll Bring
- Great communication skills with energy and positivity across all stakeholders.
- Ability to take action and resolve issues under pressure.
- Strong computer literacy skills and confidence with systems.
- Experience in the smoke alarm industry (desirable, not essential).
- A proactive, can-do attitude with the ability to learn quickly.
- Capacity to work both independently and as part of a team.
